I recently went to my first Pilates class here and really enjoyed it! At first I felt a little nervous, but the instructor (Alex) made me feel completely comfortable and guided me through everything step by step. The “feet in straps” exercises were such a unique experience – they looked a little intimidating at first, but once I tried them I realised how effective they are (and kind of fun too!). Definitely want to keep going back. A great introduction to Pilates – highly recommend to anyone thinking of giving it a try!
