Debbie is a wonderful Pilates teacher with a wealth of experience. I am always happy to refer clients to her for rehabilitation after injury as she has such an excellent eye for detail and ensures each person is treated as an individual. Having been taught by her for many years I can assure you that her exercises are very effective! The Pilates reformer she uses in her studio is a wonderful piece of kit and again, her knowledge of a wide range of exercises and modifications make her stand out as the top Pilates teacher in Lincoln. Highly recommended.

I had tried everything before coming to pilates. Wish I had come sooner! It has greatly improved my long term back problem, my general flexibility and my awareness of my body. As for Debbie, she is a revelation. She is highly skilled and creates a relaxed but carefully focussed working environment. As a person she is kind, approachable and effective. Her classes are a model of good teaching practice. The smaller class size means that each individual feels personally coached and directed, and she knows each member's needs and the best way to work with them. The atmosphere is fun while being business-like and her demonstrations and explanations are always clear and helpful. She is highly recommended.

Debbie is extremely knowledgable and has a wonderful rapport with her clients. As she scans the studio she has an eagle eye for individual issues, and tailors exercises accordingly. She has the charisma of the best kind of teacher with the result that the atmosphere in her classes is relaxed (not necessarily physically!) and fun. Her skills have changed my 78-year-old life for the better, more than I can say.
