I attend Liz’ weekly Pilates sessions. She leads these sessions so professionally. Each exercise she gives specific instructions using clear and expert knowledge of human anatomy and physiology . She is extremely perceptive and though it is a group session she gives individual attention to her class members … always aware of the physical challenges members are facing . I always leave feeling energised! She does this in a non threatening way and is extremely empathetic and supportive , showing awareness of confidentiality. Her classes have been particularly beneficial for my gynae problems which require core work . Liz has also helped me during periods of hip , shoulder and knee injury in her role as physiotherapist and has provided diagnosis , followed by massage and deep resonance treatment followed by detailed exercise regimes which have led to recovery.
