Coupland Sensei runs an excellent club (of which I'm part), nice atmosphere and mix of students. Have trained at 4 dojos in 3 schools inc. this over 25 years and it's a winner, wish I'd restarted Aikido sooner.

Cats Pilates classes are brilliant. Cat is very helpful and knowledgeable. She shows the position and offers different ones depending on your ability. There is something for everyone. She observes you doing the movements and will correct you so you do it right. Classes are small and friendly
I go here weekly for Pilates. Cat the instructor is excellent and makes everyone feel at ease. Mats and equipment are provided or you can bring your own.
Aikido, Pilates and Fitness offers 2 pilates disciplines. Each one is suited to different goals — read the breakdown below to see which fits.
Reformer pilates is performed on a specialised piece of equipment using adjustable spring resistance. It targets deeper stabilising muscles than mat-based pilates and is widely used for posture correction, core strength, injury rehabilitation and pre/postnatal training.
Mat pilates uses your bodyweight on a padded mat, often with small props like resistance bands, blocks and pilates balls. It's the most accessible form of pilates — no heavy equipment, lower price points, and easier to continue at home.

Members citing specific cues, form corrections or named instructors is a strong sign of relationship-led teaching rather than transactional class delivery. If instructor depth matters for your decision (particularly for clinical or prenatal-focused pilates), this is a useful positive signal.
