Strong Pilates Leicester

Strong Pilates Leicester is absolutely amazing! The studio is spotless, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. If you forget your socks or a top, you can easily buy everything on site. The equipment is high-quality, the workouts are fun and engaging, and the team always makes you feel welcome. The changing rooms have everything you could possibly need showers, tampons, hairdryers, straighteners, and even shampoo. It’s such a well-thought-out place that really takes care of its members. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a clean, professional, and supportive environment to work out in.

I’ve been going to Strong Leicester since June 2025, been the best form of workout I have ever done. The instructors and studio owner (Ian) are absolutely lovely and very welcoming (shoutout to Jane). I would 100% recommend joining Strong!! :)
