I can highly recommend Pilates Flow and Anna!! It is such a warm and friendly class and you are welcomed at whatever your ability level is. Some things I'm good at and others I struggle with but you are always given layers to the exercise and reminded to listen to your body so that you get the best out of each exercise according to your own ability. I have seen great improvement in my movements and can now do moves I struggled with just a few months ago! Just give it a try, you'll be pleasantly surprised!
