Palm Flow Pilates Studio

I’ve been to this Pilates studio twice now with two different teachers and I’ve absolutely loved it! As a complete novice, I was a bit nervous to start, but they made everything feel so easy and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The classes are small which makes such a difference, you get loads of guidance and it feels really personal. The studio itself is so clean, fresh and calming, with the best vibes all round. Also… genuinely the most affordable Pilates I’ve found for miles, which is a huge bonus. Can’t wait to keep coming back! Highly recommend 🤍✨

If anyone is looking for a new Pilates spot, you have to check this place out! It’s a gorgeous, light-filled studio with a really fresh feel. The instructors are lovely and make the classes feel fun while giving you a great work out.

I have visited this studio several times now, using Nina and Sasha for reformer sessions. Both great instructors, taking the time to ensure my positioning is correct and the resistance level suited for my ability. The studio is beautifully done, providing a wonderful, calming experience. Can't wait to return 💓💓
