Pilates on zoom with Fiona Swan is to be highly recommended. I have been attending since the first Covid lockdown, having been to classes in person with Fiona for a year and a half before that. The variety of exercises each week keeps me motivated and interested, plus challenges the body in a variety of ways. Using weights and other pieces of equipment is a real benefit too. Fiona has a clear and helpful way of explaining what to do, and is gentle with us! She also allows flexibility with payment, either by paying for a block, making it more economical, or PAYG, if you know you are going to miss more than a couple in the block. That is also very helpful, as you are not paying for something you cannot do.
