Adele's Pilates

I have been doing a weekly Pilates class with Adele for about 18 months. Going on retreat with her to Spain takes the work, pleasure and reward to a completely different level. It has been an extraordinarily rewarding experience from start to finish. If you hesitate to go because you are on your own, don't give it another thought. The group will welcome and embrace you and enthrall you with their kindness and enthusiasm. I can't wait to book for next year, so don't hold back and come and join. I have been attending Adele’s Pilates for several years now; a great start to any day. In a hall, or on Zoom, her classes are always energising and motivating . Adele’s infectious enthusiasm, seemingly limitless energy , and wealth of teaching experience , helps her to encourage people to work at whichever level suits them. Always inclusive , she makes each exercise session both different and fun!

Adele’s Pilates classes are fabulous, she is an experienced, supportive teacher who motivates all; in the class or on zoom. She-ensures there are always 3 levels with every exercise so everyone can work at an appropriate level. She is totally inclusive and her enthusiasm is infectious. She is able to stretch the able and support those who are beginners. I can thoroughly recommend Adele’s Pilates it has done wonders for my painful back and helps keeps me supple.
