Debbie's classes are relaxed and everyone is really friendly. I was having problems with my back before I joined, which used to spasm, but now I rarely have any trouble, I think because the muscles around my core are stronger. My balance has also improved and I feel my whole body has benefitted from the varied exercises we do, focused on different areas of the body. Debbie is an upbeat and encouraging person who cares and is passionate about her classes. I would definitely recommend!
