I joined Joe's when it opened, excited to get back into reformer after a two year hiatus from where I used to go for one to ones (she had stopped teaching). I was a bit nervous about joining a group but the six reformers mean that it is a small class and the teaching is superb. I absolutely love my Monday reformer and hope to do more where my daughter starts school. Would highly recommend Kirsty and her lovely team.
I started with Kirsty back at the beginning of the year after having never tried reformer Pilates before me and my mum decided to give it a go and we love our Sunday morning sessions! I have suffered with a bad back since a car accident in 2019 that has just been a constant niggle, since starting Pilates classes my back hasn’t hurt! So Thankyou Kirsty for sharing your love for Pilates 🫶🏻🫶🏻
