I started jump reformer Pilates with KC Pilates about 2 months before a ski trip and I could absolutely feel the benefit. The thigh burn on piste took a lot longer to kick in and I felt really strong in general. I will definitely be keeping it up. KC Pilates mat and reformer classes are brilliant. Such a welcoming atmosphere with instruction that is challenging, safe and fun all at the same time. I can’t recommend KC Pilates highly enough.
