100 power has given me the kickstart I needed for 2026! Gorgeous little studio. The space is clean, calm, and welcoming. The instructors are highly knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging. Love how the studio is small so feels like you are getting a personal experience each time! Been coming 3/4 times a week so far and done classes with Phoebe, Angie and Emily and have all been challenging but rewarding!
I absolutely loved my Reformer class at 100 Power Pilates! I haven’t done reformer for over a year, so was feeling a bit nervous, however the instructor was super kind and understanding and made me instantly feel at ease. The studio itself is gorgeous, extremely clean and at a great location in the middle of town. I can’t wait to return for another class soon and am so happy I gave this a go! If you’re considering it, definitely try it out :)
