The best place in Chester to do Mat Pilates or Cadillac classes! There is a range of different class types on offer, and all the instructors are so lovely and welcoming and will always give lots of different modifications and options for everyone, from beginner to advanced. I love coming here, and even attended classes throughout my whole pregnancy!
Joining 100 Power Pilates has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my mental and physical health. As a mum of two toddlers finding time for myself isn’t easy but my weekly sessions have become something I really look forward to. It’s a space where I can switch off, reset and feel stronger- inside and out. The studio is welcoming and supportive no matter your starting point. I’ve noticed a real improvement in my strength and confidence and that’s because ofthe amazing instructors. Angie’s Thursday night class is my absolute favourite. She’s amazing. She’s encouraging, motivating and her energy lifts everyone in the room. I leave every class feeling stronger and lighter mentally. I’ve also recently started going to Sophie’s classes and you can instantly tell she’s been on the other side of the class. Her timing is spot on, her routines are fun and challenging, and she’s full of knowledge and insight. She knows exactly what we need and brings such a great vibe to the class. This studio makes is enjoyable and empowering. I can’t recommend it enough. ❤️❤️❤️
I'm very glad I joined this studio and feel so much stronger than I did before I started. I attend about twice a week and really love the variety of classes and the quality of instruction. It's a friendly place and I've been made to feel very welcome from the start. The mat classes are enjoyable and just challenging enough and the different props like weights and balls keep things interesting.
