The environment is warm, friendly and the purpose renovated space is good for Yoga and Meditation. Steve's yoga classes are flexible, adaptive but also challenging so everyone gets the best out of their yoga practice. Steve is really helpful and supportive giving one to one guidance where necessary. Andy's mindfulness meditation is awesome and i would encourage anybody to give it a go with open mind body and heart. It takes your focus away from pointless dominating thoughts...often negative......to the real you, inside, that we all rarely tap in to. With practise it helps make life so much more worthwhile as you learn to concentrate on the here and now. Andy is a genuine kind person and presents very much as a grounded person offering ways to deal with life's challenges as we perceive them.
