I've been taught Pilates by Stewart Heath at Bodysense for the last 10 years, and thoroughly enjoy my weekly class. Stewart varies the exercises greatly, so we're never bored! He always offers an alternative if someone is carrying an injury or struggling with a particular movement. Although he works us hard, the classes are lively and fun. Stewart's a font of all knowledge, both from a Pilates perspective and health in general. I feel more flexible now I'm in my 60s than I did in my 40s, and am sure this is because of my commitment to Pilates. I have to mention Cheryl and Rachael too, who sort out all the admin issues at Bodysense. They are very approachable, efficient and professional. The whole team are just lovely to deal with!
