Studio 16 Pilates

I really struggled to find a good pilates teacher in Brighton. I'm really glad I finally found Louise. This is "the real deal". I had been doing pilates for over a decade when I retired down to Brighton and I struggled to find a genuine teacher. The problem is that anyone can call themselves a pilates teacher and buy the kit but finding someone who is qualified and actually knows what they are doing is gold dust. Louise is that in spades. I can not begin to recommend her highly enough.

Louise has transformed my ability to move without pain caused by hip osteoarthritis. She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I was using a walking stick when I began one on one sessions with her, now I don’t use it. Pilates with a such a dedicated and gifted teacher is a revelation.

I have just had my second session with Louise and I cannot express how brilliant she is. I suffer with lower back pain. I walk out of her sessions feeling so much more comfortable. She has made me think about my posture and what I need to do to fix it. She has given me exercises I can do when I’m sat at my desk working. The way she explains the exercises really helps me understand what I am trying to achieve. I look forward to my next session.
