Reformed Pilates

I’ll be honest, I was a tiny bit skeptical at first as never heard of an on-demand reformer studio coming from someone who has been attending classes for 2+ years! Glad I took the plunge and bought the taster for £10 - pristine studio and was incredibly clean. A tiny bit dystopian feeling initially haha BUT it goes away and gradually I really enjoyed it! I loved the quiet, aesthetic atmosphere and how everything was at my own pace, lovely job from the owners as I can now fit this during my busy schedule, especially on Sundays as reformer classes are really limited later on in the day on weekends (evenings etc.)! Amenities are lovely too, there’s a changing room and bathroom @ the back. Would highly recommend everyone to try! ✨

Love this place! The studio is pristine and has such a calm, relaxed atmosphere where you can go at your own pace. The videos are excellent quality, and I like being able to choose a workout that matches how I feel that day- anything from intense to gentle mobility or rehabilitation. The owners are lovely too; after some minor teething problems at the start, they gave me a free session plus a thoughtful goody bag as an apology, which was such a nice touch.

First time in the studio, clean, swish and equipment easy to set up and use. The concept and programme is awesome, easy to engage as a beginner. Absolutely loved it. I will be back. I highly recommend to anyone, even if you’ve never done it before. Give it a go! Excellent studio.
