Doing Pilates with Sarah once a week this past year has really shown me the power of ✨persistence✨. You don’t always notice the change right away, but then one day realized that hill I used to struggle with feels easier, and the back doesn’t ache after long walks anymore. It is really awesome to feel stronger physically! Sarah is attentive and easygoing. She gives clear instructions and always make sure client’s safety.
