We visted the Flow Room studio as a party of 10 for a birthday celebration. From the initial booking call to the goodbyes, the service we received was second to none! We were looked after every step of the way. The organisers decorated the birthday room beautifully and birthday girl was genuinely taken aback! The staff were friendly, professional and very accommodating. I couldn’t recommend rhem enough. Thank you xxx
Had my first Pilates class today with Laycie and I really enjoyed it! She was very attentive and made sure to correct us whenever we weren’t doing the movements properly, which I really appreciate since it helps prevent injury. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the volume of the music was just right, not too loud, so her voice could be heard clearly throughout the session. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the class and look forward to joining again.
The Flow Room Pilates offers 2 pilates disciplines. Each one is suited to different goals — read the breakdown below to see which fits.
Reformer pilates is performed on a specialised piece of equipment using adjustable spring resistance. It targets deeper stabilising muscles than mat-based pilates and is widely used for posture correction, core strength, injury rehabilitation and pre/postnatal training.
Mat pilates uses your bodyweight on a padded mat, often with small props like resistance bands, blocks and pilates balls. It's the most accessible form of pilates — no heavy equipment, lower price points, and easier to continue at home.

Honest, specific answers about this studio.
2 of 3 recent reviews mention the instructors in positive terms — words such as "knowledgeable", "attentive" and "encouraging" recur most frequently. Members citing specific cues, form corrections or named instructors is a strong sign of relationship-led teaching rather than transactional class delivery. If instructor depth matters for your decision (particularly for clinical or prenatal-focused pilates), this is a useful positive signal.
