Great experience! The chiropractor really helped improve my back pain and took the time to explain everything clearly. The Pilates classes were also excellent and made a big difference in strengthening my back. Highly recommend!

I had a Pilates session today and it was such a welcoming and warm experience. Anotida was amazing! As someone who is post partum, I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was and how confident I felt in her guidance. She took the time to support everyone in the class, adapting exercises for all different levels, which made it feel inclusive and reassuring. I left feeling supported and well looked after. Will recommend to friends and family and attend more sessions!
I’ve been to many Chiropractors over the years and always felt like there was something missing. They do their manipulations and send me on my way. However, Ano, I feel, gives more wrap around care. She listens to how you are feeling and massages the areas as well as giving release through manipulations, but, she also gives you stretches and strength work suggestions as well. Fabulous care.
Bromley Cross Chiropractic & Pilates - Bolton Chiropractor offers 2 pilates disciplines. Each one is suited to different goals — read the breakdown below to see which fits.
Reformer pilates is performed on a specialised piece of equipment using adjustable spring resistance. It targets deeper stabilising muscles than mat-based pilates and is widely used for posture correction, core strength, injury rehabilitation and pre/postnatal training.
Mat pilates uses your bodyweight on a padded mat, often with small props like resistance bands, blocks and pilates balls. It's the most accessible form of pilates — no heavy equipment, lower price points, and easier to continue at home.

Honest, specific answers about this studio.
one of the 3 recent reviews mention the instructors in positive terms — words such as "knowledgeable", "attentive" and "encouraging" recur most frequently. Members citing specific cues, form corrections or named instructors is a strong sign of relationship-led teaching rather than transactional class delivery. If instructor depth matters for your decision (particularly for clinical or prenatal-focused pilates), this is a useful positive signal. One recent member put it this way: "As someone who is post partum, I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was and how confident I felt in her guidance." — Faiza Rehman.
Yes — the studio runs Saturday classes. Weekend mornings (08:00-10:30) are typically the busiest slots at UK pilates studios; if you prefer a quieter session, the early afternoon often has more availability.
Most UK boutique reformers start newcomers with a beginner-tagged class or a 1-1 intro session rather than dropping them into a mixed-level group. Arrive 10-15 minutes early; you'll be shown carriage adjustment, spring tension and basic safety. Wear grip socks (mandatory at most studios — they sell pairs for £8-15 if you don't have them) and form-fitting clothing that lets the instructor see your alignment. The first class is the steepest learning curve — by your third session, the equipment feels much more intuitive.
Bromley Cross Chiropractic & Pilates - Bolton Chiropractor offers reformer pilates, mat pilates. Reformer classes use spring-resistance equipment for deep core and postural work — beginner-friendly and adaptable. Browse the studio's full schedule for current class times and instructor allocations.
