I have been going to Pam's classes twice a week for the past two years. Pam is a great pilates teacher, she is very knowledgeable and a lovely person. Having had a successful hip replacement last year at the age of 60 and I found the classes help strenghten the thigh muscles before the operation and I resumed pilates classes about twelve weeks later. I was able to start to build the strength in the muscles again. It is nice to meet up with a group, gets you out and about also the exercises you can do on varying levels, so it is easy to vary exercises to suit your own needs and experience. Pams classes are great and you would be made very welcome if you feel you want to give it a try.
