Wonderful 1-2-1 Reformer session with Sophie. She is so knowledgable and makes you feel like you are in good hands. My confidence using the reformer is building and I can definitely feel it working. I appreciate the 1-2-1 sessions because you get instant feedback and guidance. I’m hoping to continue with these sessions.
I’ve just had my second 1-1 reformer with Sophie after initially booking one reformer class to see if I would enjoy it and I can safely say it’s my new favourite workout. I wanted to work on my breathing, flexibility and strength and with Sophie’s advice and guidance it’s become the highlight of my week. A reformer bed can be daunting at first but Sophie has shown me the correct and safe way to use the machine which has slowly grown my confidence and I know overtime I will be grateful for everything I’ve learnt with Sophie’s guidance. She always ensures I’m comfortable and answers any questions I may have during the session. I can’t wait to continue my reformer journey with Sophie and would recommend to anyone who’s thinking of starting a class in a calm and judgement-free environment. The room also smells amazing, I’m big on scents so it’s definitely much appreciated!
