My happy place ✨ I’m SO glad I found Soulie! Starting reformer was something I really wanted to try & now 6 months in, I wouldn’t be without it. Honestly my favourite time of the week is those leg circles on the cool down. The serenity I feel in this studio is second to none. I love that there is only a small number of you in each class, so it’s not intimidating for someone like me who usually HATES exercise. Grace is so kind, she really cares and makes sure that everyone gets the most out of their session. Almost like 1-1. Having never tried Pilates or reformer before I feel like I have found my hobby. No judgement, no pressure, just a brilliant class, giggles and really good music to match the vibes. 🖤
I love my sessions at Soulie Pilates. I have been coming since they opened and feel so much stronger after each class. Grace is an excellent instructor, very patient and calm. I am over 50 years old and believe this is truly the best exercise I have done.
