I have always run and cycled, but after experiencing chronic back pain I decided to give Pilates a go as a way to strengthen my core and lower back. I have been attending Gemma's classes, either at the venue or via Zoom, for about 3 years now and I have no doubt that Pilates is playing a vital role with stretching and strengthening my muscles, and providing welcome relief to my ongoing back pain. Gemma is a great instructor, who always explains exactly what to do so you can ensure that the exercises are being performed properly. She is consistently changing the routines to keep them interesting and fresh and to maximize the workouts. Thank you for being such a great teacher Gemma!
