I have been going to Pilates Heaven for a couple of months, I really like the studio, it's clean, and smaller class sizes allow for personal guidance to suit your needs. Bev and Haley are very friendly and attentive which makes you feel comfortable. I'm not great at attending classes but I look forward to these classes and can already feel the benefit and have learnt so much in a short space of time
I have been attending Bev's Pilates classes for over 4 years, initially at the Carpenters Arms and now at her very well equipped studio in Gate Lane. The classes are excellent and although I have learnt a great deal there is still much more to do. Most of Bev's clients have been going to her classes for many years, which speaks for itself. I would have no hesitation in recommending her, but she is so busy there is usually a waiting list.
I have attended Pilates Heaven since it was based in Carpenters Arms and I really value the exercise, the way Bev makes it accessible to all and is able to focus on individual issues is quite an achievement. Although I am not a big fan of the reformer I appreciate the positive impact this has on my posture and the mat work means I can practice exercises at home, with the help of Bev's clear explanatory booklets. I also like the class I attend on Weds at 6pm as everyone is friendly and encouraging. Great Pilates class which, when I practice, has a fantastic impact on my posture.
