Laura has been teaching me Pilates for about 15 years. I have been to various Pilates classes over the years but none compare to Laura's teaching. She has a deep understanding of not just the Pilates philosophy, but an excellent understanding of the anatomy of the body and which muscles are being targeted within each exercise. I completely trusted her to adapt her teaching safely throughout my pregnancy 10 years ago because of this. She is very focused on helping you achieve your goals, wether that is flexibility, fitness, strengthening to reduce pain etc. She teaches and explains clearly, and is very encouraging. I would not hesitate to recommend Laura, whether you're a complete novice (as I was) or whether you're looking to advance your Pilates skills.
