I highly recommend Personally Pilates with Charlotte. I have benefited from significant improvements to my core strength, flexibility, relief from tension in my shoulders and relief from back pain. Charlotte is an excellent teacher. Class routines are different every week and suitable for all abilities. Options for gentle, medium and more challenging are offered for all exercises and we are encouraged to ‘listen to our bodies’ and make our own selection of difficulty. Small class sizes mean you are assured of individual attention to get the maximum benefit from each exercise. No matter how you feel before a class I can guarantee you will feel better both physically and mentally afterwards. Helen 😊
