I have been coming to the studio for approx. 8 months now and it’s been the best decision I’ve made regarding my back injury rehabilitation. The personalised 1-2-1 sessions with Karyn along with the small group instructor led classes really focus on targeting problem areas. Karyn’s meticulous understanding and holistic perspective have really taught me how to use correct posture and positioning, including problem solving pain points. This has brought a new perspective on my daily routine, including gym training. I always look forward to coming along to the studio, as it’s a very friendly and family-oriented environment. Also, Katrina ensures my sessions are booked and I’m fully aware of timings / dates including reminders, which is very efficiently managed. Would recommend to anyone looking for highly experienced instructors and quality Pilates sessions.
