I have throughly enjoyed my Pilates classes with Jill. They are perfectly designed for new mums. The environment Jill creates is nurturing and her exercises are well considered to help support your post natal recovery. I particularly like how Jill gives to tips to use Pilate moves in your everyday life, this has improved my pram pushing technique no end!! The class is really friendly and I’ve met some lovely other mums. Finally Jill gives you CAKE! Hot tea and cake... 🙌🏻
