I hugely recommend Activ8 pilates! I joined for prenatal pilates, stayed through post natal and have been attending her evening classes for a good few months now. Sarah is a master of her craft. She is incredibly attentive to individuals needs and really works with you to make sure you're getting the most out of the movements. I always feel better after her classes and it's really helped me build up strength and reduce my ongoing back pain. Her classes are warm, inclusive and fun- somehow making you feel relaxed and that you've had a full workout at the same time!
