As a middle-aged man I never believed in stretching thinking it a myth like a unicorn,. This was until one day - whilst attempting to adorn my feet in a new pair of natty socks - I struggled to balance and had to sit on the bed to put them on. This was then I thought I should try yoga. I attend the gentle yoga. The groups are small, the space is good and the teacher is excellent. Not yet has he called me an idiot with the flexibility of an oak. It’s a calm space and I always return home in a zen like state. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. I wish I’d started this years ago. Seriously it’s an hour of my week - a good hour !
