After a minor stroke TIA & 1-5 years of back pain. Hannah’s one on one instruction has been a great education/experience. Being active and mobile is key to my mental well being and Hannah has significantly helped me get back on track. I urge anyone to give it a go. Your life will be better with a bit of Pilates in it. This is written by someone who has done a lifetime of sport without training all the little muscles. I now know the importance of Pilates for an active positive outlook on life and feel set up to join in with a weekly group class and hopefully win the world surfboat champs in 2020.
