Rose is a wonderful, creative and highly skilled teacher. I have the utter joy of attending her contemporary dance class and it is just gorgeous. Rose has created a nurturing space where the whole class feels free to be expressive and have fun. The choreography is inspiring and the right side of challenging. Her deep understanding of pilates feeds into her practice and ensures our bodies are well stretched and protected.
I so enjoy Rose's classes. She gives clear instructions, corrects me when I'm wonky but in a supportive, encouraging way. She's realistic but challenging in what she sets the class to achieve, always gives alternatives of you can't quite manage something especially for anyone with known issues. She does different exercises each week so it never gets dull and she's a lot of fun! I would recommend her classes to anyone and I feel I've made great progress over the few years I've been attending and definitely feel the benefits of attending regularly.
I've been going to Rose's Pilates classes for 4 years. For various reasons I've had to stop for peirods but I always come back to her. She's great at noticing the little details and provides brilliant variation in classes. She even allowed me to join a gentle class and modified things for me when I was pregnant with twins and couldn't find a pregnancy specific pilates in Cornwall. Highly recommended if you're looking for a very experienced and attentive teacher
