I've been attending Pilates with Serena for the last term. I really enjoy her classes, they are challenging but manageable and she will always adapt an exercise if needed. My body feels much better since starting her classes and I can sense improvement week on week. Serena is very calm and encouraging but fun; we work hard but have a laugh. And she has developed a lovely, friendly, welcoming atmosphere, I was made to feel very accepted by the other participants straightaway. Highly recommended.
