I've been attending Nourish Pilates fabulous mat classes for 7 years so the opportunity to visit Emma at her studio is such a luxury. The studio is so well equipped and Emma uses her great expertise to adapt exercises so clients can experience the benefits of all equipment. Would thoroughly recommend Emma and her studio for anyone wanting to take their pilates experience further.
I’ve been taught Pilates by Emma for several years now. Her mat classes are interesting and challenging and she is excellent at attending to each person and their individual needs. I suffered a prolonged prolapsed disc which resulted in surgery. Throughout Emma was really great. Calling me to see how I was in the periods I couldn’t make class, supporting me 121 to get my balance and stability back to the point I could come back to class and most importantly, she found adjustment after adjustment that suited my needs and allowed me to feel part of the class again. She even text me just after my op! Her studio is a lovely space, well equipped and she is super knowledgeable; allowing me to take my strength and stability to the next level. Again she designs our sessions specifically to my needs and to what she knows I enjoy ☺️ Emma also runs special sessions like outdoor Pilates and Flow and Glow which are fun and make a nice change to the routine. I now manage chronic lower back pain and a Pilates day is always a good day pain wise. I wouldn’t be without her!
I was recommended to try pilates after being diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in both my hips. Emma gave me a plan to follow in her studio which gave me amazing results - more movement in my hips, no more back pain and more flexibility. Would highly recommend.
