I’ve been going to these Pilates classes for nearly two years now and they never get boring — every class feels different. I honestly don’t know how she comes up with so many variations! She’s great at offering options, whether you’re working around an injury or want to push yourself a bit more. The classes are really effective too; I can genuinely tell the weeks I haven’t been, which proves they’re strengthening my problem areas. She’s also very accommodating if you ever need to swap a class, and it’s excellent value for money. I’d definitely recommend her classes.
