I initially attended Donna’s group Pilates sessions at another studio enjoyed them so much that when i needed more specific sessions I decided to work with her privately for more focused, one-to-one classes while recovering from an injury. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my rehabilitation. Donna takes the time to fully understand my recovery needs and has customised every session to ensure the exercises are safe, effective, and still appropriately challenging. Each class is thoughtfully structured so I continue to build strength and confidence without overdoing it. She’s also incredibly flexible and accommodating, which makes fitting sessions around recovery and daily life much easier. I’ve already noticed a huge improvement in my strength and overall progress since starting private sessions with Donna. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in her clients’ wellbeing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for Pilates that’s both purposeful and results-driven.
