Marica Freeflow Pilates

I have been looking for the right Pilates teacher for quite some time and was lucky enough to meet Marica earlier in the year. I've been attending her classes for a while now and would like to sing her praises as she's an amazing teacher, and such a lovely person to work with. Marica completely put me at ease from the first class, and treats everyone in the class as an individual, meeting their needs and abilities with respect and kindness. Marica has a wealth of knowledge in this area, and I would highly recommend her to anyone with an interest in Pilates, as its a fantastic all round class, and we are lucky to have her in Shrewsbury.

Until I started Weekly Pilates classes with Marica several years ago, I had absolutely zero concept of what Pilates was all about. That soon changed as her classes changed me from being able to even bend & touch my toes to now a perfect model of flexibility. Marica has the ability to make the lessons enjoyable and at the same time to make you push & extend your limits in a very professional manner - you can even find muscles you never realised existed. If anyone is looking for a Pilates instructor either in a class format or in an individual one-to-one basis, then I would highly recommend Marica.

How often would you expect to find a Pilates instructor with a Master’s Degree in Physiology? Marica has! She is thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of muscle and fascia training without you realising where the muscles were that you never even knew you had! All for the good! Marica is the best, most experienced and trustworthy instructor you could ever have the luck to meet. Beginners and experienced people alike would hugely benefit from attending her classes. On top of the physical benefits Marica’s classes are so friendly and social able you may well make friends for life.
