I’ve been attending Rachel’s Pilates classes for a few months now & I’ve definitely seen improvements in strength & flexibility (which were pretty much non existent before!). I joined a beginner’s class & Rachel spent time helping us to master the basics before gradually introducing more advanced moves. I find the classes enjoyable & sometimes challenging & always feel supported & encouraged. Rachel is very friendly, caring & inclusive of everyone’s needs. The mindfulness & relaxation is very much appreciated after a long work day. I would definitely recommend Rachel’s classes. Julia
