I can thoroughly recommend 1:1 and 2:1 (duet) reformer sessions with Yukiko as well as her pilates classes. Having initially enjoyed my weekly mat pilates with Yuki, I was very excited to add reformer sessions to my pilates routine as soon as the studio was ready. I enjoy coming to this light and clean space Yuki has created. In addition to a reformer plinth, there is a wonderful range of equipment such as tower, ladder barrel, pedi pole and wunda chair, all of which are deployed to aid my workout. I regularly attend 1:1 and 2:1 (duet) sessions. My 1:1 sessions are tailored to meet my fitness needs and health objectives. There is a comprehensive guided core workout, and then the session focuses on body alignment and strength. Yuki's guidance is hands-on, assisting my somatic focus on different parts of my anatomy. Her guided touch connects me better to tune into my body. I also do a monthly duet session with my friend where we take turns on apparatus, often having lots of giggles, alongside some serious challenges. We can see just how much we have improved every time we come in. I particularly recommend Yuki as a pilates and a reformer teacher as her instructions and guidance into movement are so precise and clear that I often do it with my eyes closed. Yuki and her facilities are simply brilliant!
