Found an absolute gem in Rochester. New to Pilates I was nervous about starting but I left feeling amazing. Lottie teaches so well, she is amazing and versed to perfection, you feel completely at ease. The studio is immaculate, so clean and fresh, the reformer equipment is flawless and it’s just an all round good vibe in there. Ever bought the grippy socks that they sell as I forgot mine and I love them. Literally can’t wait for my next session
I have been coming to Lottie and her classes since September and I am loving it! She is very knowledgable and professional and I always feel like I have a great workout. Her studio is intimate which means she is always ensuring your technique is good as to not injure yourself. I am yet to attend a class where I have done the same move twice. Its great! Its Challenging! But it is also always fun!
Highly recommend Pilates studio. It’s a clean, calm, welcoming studio which offers everything you need. The instructor’s are kind, positive and welcoming so if it’s your first or 100th time you are always treated well! The classes are positioned just right, I love the elevate and explore classes and they are perfect for once you’ve mastered the fundamental basics! Lottie is lovely - she always takes the time to chat, listen and provide a space and class that gives you exactly what you need. 100% recommend!!!
