SO pleased we have a reformer Pilates studio in Strood. I had my first session this week with Imogen and she was brilliant - it was tough work but I felt really good afterwards. Will definitely book more sessions! The studio is so pretty and all the other ladies taking the class were super friendly too.
I only started here 2 weeks ago after trying to pluck up the courage for ages to go but finally bit the bullet and I was not disappointed. After almost 2 years of next to no purposeful exercise I thought this would be a great way to pick up again and I can safely say I’m a complete convert and wish I’d started sooner! The studio is so perfect and the instructors are unreal! Supportive and encouraging throughout with amazing attitude and knowledge of reformer Pilates! I couldn’t believe the DOMS after the first session (muscles in places I didn’t know I had) but it has gotten easier with each one and so worth it as I feel amazing even after a short time! ❤️
