I've been practising pilates for over 30 years (off and on) and Christina is by far the best teacher I've had. After major back surgery I needed a significant amount of remedial pilates to get my strength back in the right way. Christina quickly spots if you're not getting an exercise right and correct you. I've discovered that I've been doing certain exercises wrong for all that time and get a massive benefit every week. Highly recommend, I wish I'd done some 1-1 sessions with Christina after my operation but my core is very much strengthened after six months this year.
