Cannot recommend the Rise Reformer Pilates studio in Jesmond enough. Amazing service from the minute you walk in until you leave. The reception team are absolutely fabulous. Massive shout out to Hannah, you are the most amazing teacher and I look forward to your sessions every week. In January, I started coming to Rise. I’d never done Pilates before but really wanted to try something totally different. I’d been struggling with injuries & a medical condition with my hip for over a year & felt frustrated that I couldn’t do anything fully. Since starting Pilates , I’ve found all my pain has gradually disappeared. I feel my posture, strength, breathing, coordination and overall wellbeing has completley transformed. I only do one day a week but it’s my favourite day. I absolutely love all the classes I’ve done with Hannah & Vera! All the ladies are so lovely, kind & welcoming. Without a doubt 10/10 🫶🏻
