Amazing first class today at Forest Hall Pilates Studio, I attended the VERY FIRST 7am class with Niki, Niki was so informative and very knowledgeable, the class was full of beginners and Niki demonstrated so well. There no classes like this in or around the surrounding areas so it’s absolutely brilliant to be located in forest hall, great for metros and most bus routes from Newcastle! I will definitely be back and would certainly recommend this studio to all!
First class at Forest Hall Pilates and will definitely be back. Niki was so informative and helpful for a beginner. She explained everything clearly and offered support to make sure moves were correct. Beautiful studio also. Cant wait to come back!
I’ve been coming to this studio for a few months now and absolutely love it! It’s my favourite part of my routine. The studio is such a calm space and everyone is always so lovely. I’ve been lucky enough to attend most of the instructor’s classes and they’re all amazing. They push you to work harder but there’s always an adjustment if you need it ☺️ would definitely recommend and can’t wait to keep up with more classes!
