From the moment you step into the gorgeous studio you are made to feel so welcome. Amber, Ruth and Rachel have a wealth of knowledge that instils you with confidence. Their classes are well planned, encouraging and fun. If you are thinking of booking a class don’t hesitate you will be hard pressed to find a better studio
I’ve been doing classes twice a week and I can honestly say they’re fantastic. The studio itself is relaxing, calming and tranquil, but don’t be fooled – you still get a really good workout. I’ve felt muscles working that I haven’t used in a long time, and it’s been a brilliant compliment to my usual strength training at the gym and football. It’s definitely not just for women either – men, don’t be afraid to give it a go. You’ll be surprised at how challenging and beneficial it is. Highly recommend The Wellness Collective Pilates Studio.
