Absolutely incredible class, really pushes you to your limits but it suitable for everyone. Absolutely gorgeous instagram studios and they have a few venues across Manchester so there is easy access for anyone. I’ve been a couple of times and will definitely be returning. Hajrah was my most recent instructor and she was incredible so supportive and helped with any difficult moves! Really cannot recommend restart enough 🤍
Just completed my first month of reformer pilates for beginners!!! The class was well-structured, and May was an incredible instructor—very understanding, encouraging, and knowledgeable. She made sure everyone felt comfortable while still getting a great workout. Highly recommend Cheetham Hill studio and May’s classes!.
I've had 3 of my 4 classes and have enjoyed them all. Angelina is great. It's a workout though! Not as easy as it looks. They have different classes catering for different fitness levels including a stretch and relax class which I've tried. I've also tried the foundation class. Don't be fooled, you will be pouring with sweat. They have 3 locations. I go to the Cheetham Hill one. I am not sure if I can afford it in the long term but it's been great to try something different and challenging. I will keep an eye out on their special offers. Def something I recommend people try.
