I have been going to Raj for pilates with my husband for a year now and find out brilliant. I originally signed up for private duet sessions to get my husband to go to Pilates (he made a lot of excuses about classes)and it's worked really well. We both do a lot of sport but find Pilates makes a huge difference in keeping our bodies functioning well. We both notice how much worse our bodies feel if we don't attend our session. We get loads of attention in the 1to2 session but it's not quite so intense as a 1to1. One of us will be working on the reformer while the other uses the Cadillac. Raj keeps things very varied, she frequently attends courses and brings new ideas and equipment back to class. She works on our individual weaknesses and whenever one of us has had an injury, we always feel better after Pilates.
