I've been coming weekly to The Marlow Pilates Studio for 1:1 sessions with Carly for a few years now. I can honestly say that Carly has done wonders for my fitness, flexibility and wellbeing during that time. I started as a complete novice, with no inclination to become an expert. Carly respects that and tailors her exercises to my ability, whilst ensuring that they remain stretching (pun intended), challenging and beneficial . I suffer from a weak back and stiff neck. Carly plans a programme that both strengthens me and avoids straining the weak areas. I recently slipped a disc and her advice and more gentle exercises were instrumental in helping me to a speedy recovery. The studio is well equipped and up to date. Carly has so many exercises to call on - each week there's something new, occasionally fiendish but always targeted at my personal fitness needs. Most importantly, sessions with Carly are enormous fun. An hour flies by and the benefit is felt all week. Initially sceptical of its benefits, now I don't know how I managed without pilates. I can highly recommend Carly for her professionalism, expertise, understanding and individual attention .
